Shipping Policy
The products will be dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivery period will depend on services of the courier company and destination of the delivery, which usually takes 3-7 days.
For Designer Hand Made pieces
Expert artisans take 10 to 20 days for hand crafting all the intricate designer pieces. Although we carry several units of each design in stock, but in case we run out of inventory of a particular piece, you can Pre-Order and hold your allocation in our current production lot.
For Custom Orders
Each custom work requires extensive attention and effort to all specific requirements of the buyer. Kindly get in touch with us over email or phone or Whatsapp. Shipping timelines to be clarified after understanding the clear scope of work.
Returns
We ship each piece by strictly following the Standard Operating Procedure of dispatch. This includes checking for any breakages or imperfections, adding ample amount of packing material for safety during shipment. Each packing is video taped for reference and record.
Thus we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
In special circumstances, where the buyer receives damaged products as result of mishandling during shipment, we will need a 360 Degree unboxing video. We will try to repair the piece and restore it to it’s initial condition. The piece will have to be shipped to us by the buyer (at their cost) and we will ship the piece back after repair (shipping to be paid by the buyer).

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We offer prepaid payment options in collaboration with our payment gateway partner. This includes Debit & Credit Cards, UPI, etc. For more details on options available, kindly check the checkout page.
Delivery Schedule: Our delivery partner operates from Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) between 10 AM and 6 PM. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet shipped. Please provide accurate phone and email details to ensure smooth communication.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched. While we strive to assist with tracking, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or issues with our delivery partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. Shipping costs vary based on the destination country. Payments for international orders are accepted via debit/credit cards. Customs duties are not included in the listed prices.
International Delivery Time We aim to deliver international orders within 10-15 business days. Please note that customs delays may impact delivery times. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the destination. Transit times are Monday through Saturday.
